By car: From the A7 motorway, take exit 12 to ‘Cardedeu’ or ‘La Roca’. Follow this until you meet a roundabout

At the roundabout take direction Cardedeu Oest (left). After 1 km you will find the roundabout named ‘Cardedeu’. Turn right here and drive until a set of traffic lights on your left, direction Canoves. Take this left and drive straight until the end. Here, turn right until the Canoves traffic lights, at which point turn left, and continue. After 3 km you will find a roundabout with a signal ‘Les Pungoles Can Miret’. Turn right, and after 300m you find the entrance of Villa Santiago to your left, on the corner with a left-hand turn. The villa has a large green gate!

The house

Villa Santiago is a house for those who love nature and high quality accommodation! Our house includes a swimming pool, a barbecue area with sheltered outdoor dining space, and a kid’s play park all in enclosed, private grounds that are not overlooked by a single neighbour.  We offer free Wifi to stay connected whilst away.

Main Villa- The 356m² house is located in 10.000 m² of private grounds, alongside a 14x4m outdoor swimming pool, a 30m² porch, and a barbecue area with an outside fireplace a large table that seats 14. 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 terrasse on first floor. 

The ground floor of the house contains an en-suite double room, an en-suit single room, and 1 twin and 1 double, which share a spacious bathroom. Additionally downstairs you will find 200m² of living space, including a bar area and fireplace, a 40m² semi-professional kitchen, and a generously-sized laundry room.

On the first floor you have an additional living room with fireplace and large terrace, plus 2 further double rooms which share a bathroom. 

And 60m2 building -  LA CASITA-Located in front of the main Villa. With 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 patio. 

House capacity and cleaning services:

• 16 adults, plus two extra beds for children.
• Basic Cleaning service included for long stays.
